I stayed here for 2 nights and would come back, the staff was really helpful and made my room feel like new with modern amenities such as a TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and climate control.

The location of this hotel next to Franklin, KY with the cheapest gas prices in Kentucky and a nearby restaurant was convenient. There were good choices of restaurants nearby, like Sol Azteca, which was only a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. Problems were resolved quickly.

Hotel's location was good, tO TRACK AND RESTAURANTS. What's more, it was near to the casino as well as an interchange with the cheapest gas prices in Kentucky.

The king room here was awesome, especially because it had a nicer TV 📺 and amazing waffles for breakfast!

Considering our tight schedule, we'd definitely come back here. it was a good choice for our trip. 👍

We had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn. The front desk was helpful in recommending local restaurants, and the check-in process was professional. The room was quiet, the AC worked well, and we appreciated being on the ground floor. The parking was ample and the area felt safe. The WiFi connection was reliable, which was important for us. we were satisfied with our stay at Quality Inn.

We enjoyed the salt water pool, meeting new friends, and eating at the Oasis which is across the road. No luck at casino:(

Nashville traffic when we left for home in Alabama. 24/65 split was aweful, the motel experience was great. Thank you Quality Inn in Franklin, KY.

Room that smelled like cigarettes

Enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge in the room. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed and they prepared a nice hot breakfast. The hotel location was favourable near casino.

Our room was super clean and looked like it had just been set up. The bathroom was pretty tidy too. The location was awesome, right in the heart of the city 🌟.

The staff at Quality Inn Franklin were really helpful and accommodating during our 2-night stay. The breakfast spread had a great variety of options. The hotel's location near the interchange, Colorado, and Franklin, as well as the casino, was convenient.

The location is really close to an interchange, Franklin, KY, and the casino. The staff is affable. The room I stayed in was new-fashioned and comfy, with amenities like waffles and a better TV. Microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge were provided in the room.

Check-in was efficient. Helpful front desk. Adequate hot water. Quiet room, AC works well. Ground-floor room preferred. Plenty of parking. Safe area. WiFi works well. Drains in sink and tub are functioning. Air conditioner is working well. No unpleasant odors. Refrigerator is working fine.
